Eveleigh Market is an undercover, traditional, authentic weekly Saturday Farmers’ Market held in the city of Sydney. The market is held on Saturdays, 8am to 1 pm, in the heritage-listed Eveleigh Market, Sydney’s only custom-renovated ‘rain, hail, shine’ market venue. The vast permanent market site is housed in the custom-renovated railway workshop at the heritage listed Eveleigh Railyards, a focal inner-city destination that also encompasses the emerging Carriageworks arts and cultural precinct, creating a core community facility of the major Redfern Waterloo urban renewal project.

Once delivered, it is painstaking filleted, pin boned, each fillet is hand rubbed in a unique cure mix and smoked.
